Chief Executive Officer-MHC Healthcare
MHC Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) located in Marana, Arizona, 15 miles northwest metropolitan Tucson. MHC Healthcare has been providing Primary Care Services, Behavioral Health, WIC, Dental, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Laboratory services for over 52 years.
The Board of Directors of MHC Healthcare is actively seeking candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer with demonstrated leadership, and expertise in planning, implementing, evaluating, and demonstrate the ability to effectively carry forward our healthcare programs and operations. The CEO is responsible for an annual budget of 32 million, and approximately 150,000 patient visits annually. MHC employs over 350 employees which includes 40 medical providers.
MHC Healthcare has experienced tremendous growth within our communities, expanding to 14 additional access points of service throughout the rural and metro areas of Pima County. Our organizational goals are to sustain and build on potential growth opportunities for the future. MHC Healthcare embraces the Medical Home and Integrative Services model of care, and is a member of an Accountable Care Organization.
CEO Education and Experience Requirements:
- Masters degree in Health Services Administration or related field.
- 5 years in a Senior Management position in the health care field.
- Experience with a Federal qualified Community Health Center setting preferred.
- Successful track record of working in a healthcare delivery system in a primary care setting.
